Breathe with JoJo

My Breathwork journey began whilst caught in the whirlwind of anxiety. I discovered it not just as a practice, but as a lifeline. What started as a personal experiment soon became a mission to empower others to de-stress, find clarity, and build resilience.

 

I now provide powerful and immersive Breathwork experiences, blending functional breathing, SOMA Breathwork, and conscious connected (Wim Hof style) practices with subconscious coaching, all set to carefully curated music that carries participants on a deeply transformative journey.

 

Science meets soul in my sessions, where rhythmic breathing, visualisation, and deep inner work combine with a relatable approach.

 

People leave not only de-stressed but renewed and inspired, carrying that energy back into their daily lives.

 

I’m committed to holding a safe, supportive space where people can explore their inner world with curiosity and courage.

What do expect...

Guided breath work classes allow you to explore your own unique breath in a safe, supportive environment whilst experiencing the collective energy of breathing in a group.

 

I offer two distinct styles of breathwork session - One designed for the morning and one designed for the evening:

Morning Sessions

​

In these morning sessions we will tap into your inner power.  You will be securely guided through rounds of deep conscious connected breathwork (similar to Wim-Hoff or Holotropic) to shift energy, release what no longer serves you and unlock a deeper connection to your true self.  

​

This style of breathwork temporarily lowers the activity in the prefrontal cortex (responsible for reasoning and logical thinking) which allows access to the subconscious (where habits, patterns of behaviour and self beliefs are stored) to facilitate change: shift limiting patterns and unlock your full potential.

Expect to feel euphoric, elevated and alive! 

​

Level: More appropriate for those that have some experience but not absolutely necessary.  Please just let me know if it's your first time and I will provide closer guidance :)​

Evening Sessions

​

The evening sessions are rooted in conscious awareness and stillness.  A powerful combination of rhythmical breathwork (similar to Soma) and subconscious guidance to help you step beyond a busy mind and into a deeper connection with your inner clarity and intuition. 

​

This style of Breathwork sends signals of safety to your nervous system: allowing you to release mental clutter and overthinking, let go of stress and frustration, improve focus and presence (for work, parenting or personal relationships) and reconnect with your own strength and confidence that's always there beneath the noise.

 

Perfect for those seeking calm, clarity, and a deeper connection to self.​
