The hands-on techniques used promote healing of injuries to the muscles and tendons, work to reduce restrictions of joints and soft tissue range of motion.
Sports massage is also ideal to help recover after a big event, and improve recovery times during training.
Your 60-minute treatment will include a variety of techniques to assess your individual needs, identify areas of tension or dysfunction, and develop a targeted treatment plan.
