Stay strong, agile, and ready for adventure this winter with Winter Fit – our land-based exercise class designed to keep water sports enthusiasts at the top of their game. When colder weather keeps us off the water, it’s the perfect time to build the fitness, balance, and strength that will carry you smoothly into next season. Whether you’re a sailor, paddler, or just love staying active, Winter Fit will help you maintain the endurance and mobility you’ve worked hard for all summer.

What to look forward to...

Each session blends functional strength training, core stability, and dynamic conditioning to mimic the demands of life on the water. Expect to work on rotational power for paddling, balance and agility for sailing, and full-body resilience that translates to better performance across all sports. Not only will this keep you sharp for your next water adventure, but it’s also ideal preparation for skiing and snowboarding – so you’ll hit the slopes with confidence and control.

 

Winter doesn’t have to be downtime. Join us for Winter Fit and turn the off-season into your training season.
