Hello Outdoors is a community driven business that aims to provide activities, sports, events and knowledge, in order to passionately promote health and well being for all. Over the last six months we have put both time and our own money into this project, in order to create something special that can make a difference to people’s lives.

By getting involved, taking ‘pay as you go’ classes or becoming a member, you are not only opening up active opportunities for yourself, you are supporting a unique initiative for our community that, if successful, will deliver positive outcomes for many and life changing impacts for some. We would very much appreciate your support.

ABOUT HELLO OUTDOORS

At Hello Outdoors we aim to transform how people engage with healthy activities, sport, travel, adventure, and community. Our Sunrise Club delivers morning sessions and classes from 7am to 11am and similarly our evening classes are between 6pm to 8pm. Our Hello Outdoors retreat is based at Bath House overlooking the Sea Baths in Lymington, and our main activities take place within the retreat, the sea baths area, the sea wall and surrounding areas.

All Sunrise sessions are available on a ‘pay as you go’ basis or as part of a Sunrise membership, and all evening classes, workshops and events are available on a ‘pay as you go’. Our coaches also provide 1-2-1 sessions and separate workshops, events, combos, brunches and lunches, which can be found on the website and App.

Our approach blends expert coaching and a supportive community to help you achieve your goals—whether you’re a beginner, a seasoned athlete, or looking for a new challenge. Our mission is to support our members and the wider community in prioritising health, wellbeing and enjoyment while connecting people with nature and the great outdoors. Importantly we aim to provide these activities for all ages.

Our specialist coaching team will engage in a wide range of sports and activities, including running, yoga, swimming, stand up paddleboard, cycling, walking, breathwork, stretch and general fitness. Additionally we do provide coaching access to rowing, climbing, indoor racket sports and a range of watersports.

The team also includes specialists in health, nutrition, psychotherapy and sports psychology, who will provide consultations for both group and personal support, along with regular features and articles.

At a local level in Lymington, we will be using the Sea Baths, river, lagoon, Solent, beach hotspots, Woodside Park, Sea Wall and New Forest for land and water activities, and the wider mainland and island area for other local events.

All activities, sessions, events, challenges, goal planning and member profiles, will be managed via the Hello Outdoors website and App which is available via the link below.

It’s going to be fun…..and we’d love you to join our community !
