What are the sessions?
Wed Social |
Every Wednesday at 8am we meet for a coffee/tea social. Get out on the trail/road for 30 minutes and enjoy a free cuppa at the end. Have a chat, detox and make the most of your morning. |
She Runs |
One for the ladies! Get out in a group of girls for this guided 30 minute jog. Wednesday 18:30 followed by a herbal tea (or BYOB) on the balcony |
8AM Guided Run |
Following the HO Strava Routes. Tom will take a guided jog along one of the routes, giving coaching and feedback as we go! |
Strava Routes |
We have three routes planned from Hello Outdoors. 2k, 3.5k and 5k. Run at your own pace, with a group or guide and grab a free cuppa at the end. Post your run to our Strava group to compare or keep it to yourself! |
Long Run |
Tuesday at 18:30 we run a guided 10K run. Regrouping as we go, no one gets left behind on this run! So no matter your speed you will start and finish as a group |
Coached Sessions |
Every Wed and Fri at 1830 there is a coached session. This could be a tempo run, hills, speedwork or back to basics session. All details will be on your App newsfeed |
Strength Class |
Every Saturday at 10am, there is fitness and strength. Body weight workouts to get your blood pumping and get your fitness in for the day before you start your weekend |
Trail Run |
Once a month on Sunday at 8am, follow Tom on a new trail each month in the new forest. A casual slow jog just enjoying nature and doing something different |
Events and Workshops |
Get access to any of our low key events and workshops. Events are planned to be running with a difference, and gain more knowledge that you can apply straight away from our workshop series |
Time Trials |
See how you’re progressing each month with a time trial against the clock. Run at your own pace but get the benefits of running in a group, challenging yourself and seeing yourself progress |
