The Sunrise Club
The sunrise club is at the heart of Hello Outdoors. It is a new early morning way to get active and improve health and wellbeing with the support and guidance of our professional team. Importantly, flexible free style allows you to use these morning sessions and do your own thing.
What is it?
Held three times a week from 7am-10am, providing multiple activities with three 45-minute sessions for each activity, designed to support, motivate, and be as flexible and affordable as possible.
Importantly the sessions are designed to cater for all adult ages (18-98) and athletic abilities, and also provides for freestyle sessions where you can do your own thing…morning stretch and breath work at sunrise on the hub balcony, run, walk, stretch, swim, as you like at your pace in your own time.
Our sunrise club also includes an extended morning session, called Silver Stretchers, between 10am and 11am. Designed for those slightly older members who want to reap the benefits from low intensity stretching, fitness, breath work, walking and more before lunch.
Also includes the Kids club every Saturday morning between 9am and 10am, where members can bring tier children or grand children for a fun session in the top end of the Sea Baths….designed to be fun, provide water confidence and learn along the way.
