Training is important — but so is having a reason and a goal to train. So we have created events and challenges to keep you motivated, engaged, and progressing in your chosen activity and/or sport.

Unique Race Formats – Compete in innovative, mixed-discipline races and personal challenges designed to test skill, endurance, and growth.

Personal Challenges – From hitting new speed benchmarks to completing endurance feats, our challenges help you stay focused and push your limits. Whether it’s an organised event or monthly goal, there is always something to keep you motivated. So for example, we will have the Hello Outdoors 2.5 and 5k run loop, the SUP to Hello Outdoors mark (west of the river) and back, or the sea baths 440m, 880m, or 2200m swims, we will have something for everyone. All of which will be on Strava.

Skill-Based Workshops & Masterclasses – Led by expert coaches, these events allow you to fine-tune technique, improve efficiency, and take your performance to the next level.

Private coaching - If you are looking to take your fitness to the next level, have a coach in your corner and receive the personal touch and training plans you need to reach your next target.
