Three times a week for Sunrise Plus members, the hub and sea water baths are open for you to practice, get active and start your morning right.
Classes
Every coach under the Hello Outdoors banner will run separate focused coaching sessions designed to develop skill, confidence and performance for all ages and abilities.
Each session is led by a specialist coach who ensures you progress at your own pace while getting expert feedback in a structured and supportive environment.
This is a next level training experience where community, variety, and real coaching comes together.
We have regular coaching for :-
- Running - Trail, road, speed work, and endurance
- Swimming - Using the Sea Baths, technique sessions, confidence building, and open water for those wanting to go further
- Yoga and Mobility - Strength, flexibility, and injury prevention
- Fitness, stretch and movement
- SUP balance and tone - run in the sea baths
- Walking and hiking - accessible movement for all
- Paddle boarding - learn to, technique, fitness, and adventure
- Breathwork - control, recovery, performance, mindfulness and relaxation
- And others… Cycling, rowing, water polo, Watersport etc.
The team also includes specialists in health, nutrition, physio, and sports psychology who will provide regular features and articles, as well as offering opportunities for group and personal support.
We will be engaging and supporting local clubs, schools, and organisations to provide a packaged proposition for activities, development and growth, as well as offering team building and adventure getaways that focus on movement, resilience, and connection.
